Olivia Newton-John 'radiated warm feelings wherever she went'

Music historian Glenn A Baker says Olivia Newton-John “radiated warm feelings wherever she went”.

“She was so polite and so generous but she was also innate and instinctive in her career,” he told Sky News host Chris Smith.

Mr Baker said Ms Newton-John made sure “she was surrounded by Australians” even though she was English-born and used Australian songwriters for her hits.

“She was always one step ahead of what she was doing,” he said.
