Democrats will be ‘punished’ in the midterm elections

Sky News host Paul Murray says the midterm elections in the US are a “handbrake” and are not the “end of a presidency”.

He said every time people think their political side is “gone and done forever”, US President Joe Biden has shown how it can all “turn around” in two years.

“Because they have been so bad at governing when they were given the House, the Senate and the presidency by the American people, they will be punished, and rightly so, with these midterms,” Mr Murray said.
