China missiles ‘a gross overaction’ to Pelosi’s Taiwan visit

China firing ballistic missiles into Taiwan and Japan following US Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s visit to Taiwan “is a gross overreaction and it needs to stop,” says Shadow Workplace Relations Minister Michaelia Cash.

“These are just routine visits – people do travel to other countries to actually visit other governments,” she told Sky News host Chris Smith.

“Certainly, that is what we did when we were in government, and we will continue to do that in opposition.”
