Border Union Chief: Cartels generating ‘huge revenue’ off Biden policy changes

The president of the National Border Patrol Council said the Biden administration’s ending of the Migrant Protection Protocol agreement that kept migrants in Mexico is one of many big reasons for the surge across the southern border.
